How do I change video format from 320x240 to 496x368?

How do I change video format from 320x240 to 496x368? I have video files in both Quicktime and Windows Media Player Format. I want to upload this video to the internet, but the website has specific criteria of 496x368. I have Window Movie Maker 2.0 and Quick Video Converter software. What should I use to convert the video format? And can you give me step-by-step directions.|||ok, theres a few ways to do it...heres an easy one:

-download and install %26quot;rad tools%26quot; (google it its free)

-download and install the %26quot;xvid codec%26quot; to make an avi

-run rad tools and open/highlight ur video

-hit the %26quot;convert%26quot; button

-%26quot;browse%26quot; to where you want the output file to be

- underneath where it says %26quot;scaling%26quot; put 496 for the width and 368 for the height...

-where it says %26quot;output type%26quot; at the top put %26quot;avi%26quot; then hit the %26quot;convert %26quot; button to the right of the window...

- a %26quot;video compressor%26quot; window will pop up.....use the dropdown list to choose %26quot;xvid%26quot; then........

-hit the configure button----without going into great details u can use that slider to adjust the quality and the size to ur liking....push it 3/4 of the way to the right for a pretty small filesize fair quality....then hit ok and ok.....

-redo until the size quality is what u want :)|||Maybe this will help...
