How do i change video format?

I made a video and i want to put it on youtube but i used Windows Movie Maker. I need to change the format from .MSWMM to .WMV Thnx in advance!|||If u want to get high quality video for youtube,


U can save the video as AVI on Windows Movie Maker.


Then convert the AVI video to high quality flv video with E.M. Youtube Video Download Tool.


At last, upload the flv video to youtube.
