How to change video format?

hello! my friends and i recorded a video and edited it on windows movie maker and now wer%26#039;e trying to publish it to youtube but it said invalid video format does anyone know how to change the video format?|||If you never actually hit the finish button in movie maker, it might not be in a video format yet. Go in and make sure you have actually combined it into a video file.

The video should now be either WMV or AVI or something like that. YouTube probably accepts FLV and MP4 videos. I use PS3 Video 9 (very similar to videora, but free) to convert most of my videos. Although the title suggests that its for the PS3, you can convert videos into most file types.|||MSWMM is NOT a video format. That is just the Windows Movie Maker project file. You need to go to FILE, then SAVE MOVIE FILE, and save it from there. That will export the edited film as a movie file.|||Please try TubeHunter which change video format between all popular video formats.
