Utube video ? when i upload to utube the video format seems to change from a wide screen format?

i don't know why it changes.

when i view it in windows movie maker there is a big black band at top and bottom i want to keep this but when i publish it to my desktop then send to utube the bands disappear and the movie stretches to fill the screen. does any one know how to stop this
