Which video format??

I have just bought some blank DVD disks as I want to try putting a video recording onto it. The disk cover says on it

I have tried to put this video file onto a disk, bit the computer says that I have to change the video format. I know how to change it, but I'm not sure what format these disks take???



ThanksWhich video format??You don't say which program you're using to burn dvd's. For example, I use Nero %26amp; avi format files. Nero converts the avi video into dvd format %26amp; burns it.
