Does Anyone know how can we change the video file format? eg, from MP4 File to Windows Media Audio/Video File?

Total Video Converter does a great job of changing from one format to another. It supports a very wide variety of input and output file formats. The only downside to the s/w, if you want to call it a downside, is there are so many options. You have to know what you have and what you want it to be converted to. Beyond that, the quality is very good and the s/w is faster than many others.
