%26quot;Invalid file format error means that your video is in a format that our system doesn't accept. YouTube accepts most file formats, including .wmv, .mov, .mpg, or .avi. If your video meets these minimum requirements and still won't upload, it may be due to a problem with the video compression you are using. YouTube recommends the MPEG4 (Divx, Xvid) format at 320x240 resolution with MP3 audio.

If you're using Windows Movie Maker, it's also possible that you tried to upload your .MSWMM file. This is not an actual movie file. A .MSWMM file is a Windows Movie Maker project file. By saving the project, it allows you to return to the movie and make modifications at a later time. However, if you're satisfied with the movie and would like to upload and share the result through YouTube, you will need to choose %26quot;Save Movie File%26quot; under the %26quot;File%26quot; menu (which is different from %26quot;Save Project%26quot;, which creates the .MSWMM file).%26quot;

You will need to download some other media player which supports this format...i suggest you to download VLC media player from download.com or some other.
