Does anyone know how to change a video format from bitmap to jpeg.?

I have a Kodak easyshare digital camera and recorded some video footage that I want to put on myspace but myspace doesnt support bmp. format. Open Microsoft paint, Go to File-%26gt;Open and open Your picture You want to convert...

Than go to File-%26gt;Save As , give it a name and in field %26quot;ave as type%26quot; select JPEG ...

Select where You want to save it and click save ...



Now You can upload Your photo to myspace
