I try to upload videos to youtube but it says its not the right format. How do i check the format of the video and change it to the right format?

How do i change the format of a video to You Tube's format.?
right click on the video file , click proprieties , check youtube's supported formats and see if ur video support , if it's not try converting softwares like Format Factory ( it's free )

BTW u can add the video in movie player and publish it to new format ( if the format support windows movie player )

but to be on the safe side convert it to FLV format.
