URGENT FOR VALENTINES DAY ! HOW DO I CHANGE VIDEO FORMATS?

I've been trying to do a video on Windows Movie Maker to upload it to youtube but it doesn't work, then I downloaded this program with the name AVS Video Editor that's special for making movies. So I made one, tried to upload it to youtube and it didn't work because it says unable to convert video file so i tried to convert it on this program: AVS Video Converter and it didn't work =/

so just nothing is working out for me

the video is in VEP 4 format and i want to change it to AVI or WMV or MOV or MPG. I just want to upload it before valentines day please help me out !!!!

i tried all that and it didn't work. My other idea is to download a program for making movies that is automatically saved in a MOV o AVI format. Does anybody know of a program ? please =/
