How can I change a video in .mkv format into .mp4?

I have a large video (approx 40 minutes in 720 pi) and its in .mkv format. I want it to be in .mp4 so I can watch it in Quicktime on other computers. Are there any good FREE PC programs that can do this? I've used it many times for the same thing. It can take basically any file and convert to avi, mp4 (ipod/quicktime video), wva, ect.



Just make sure you set the output to mp4 or m4v and it will work on iTunes and Quicktime.
