Click FILE, and then it's either FINISH MOVIE or FINALISE MOVIE - click that and follow the steps. You'll then be able to watch the video without WMM and will be able to upload it.

The best program to use to make .flv movies I think is adobe Premiere. but to convert between .wmv to flv you're going to need a program that converts video formats. search google for the best priced program for you.
