HELP NOW.. How to change video format !?

I made a video on adobe premiere elements 8, for a contest.. and it's in a format that can't be submitted, I think it's in .lnk format.. I'm using this to enter a contest that closes in two hours.

It can be in .WMV, .AVI, .MOV, and .MPG file formats.. but i have no clue how to change it..

PLEASE HELP, I WORKED SO HARD ON THIS..

you cant directly change them , COZ it do not works. you need some video converter to help you do the job , it can convert video between common format ,such as WMV,AVI,MOV.here is a review about this kind of software , help you choose the best
