How do i change IFO video format to any file accepted by Windows Movie Maker so that i can edit it?

My video camera saves files to my computer in a IFO format and i would like to convert it to a fie that i could use on Microsoft Movie Maker so that I can edit the video, can you please help me. Do you know any way to do this or any suitable sodtware that i can download for free.How do i change IFO video format to any file accepted by Windows Movie Maker so that i can edit it?its the wrong format for wmm (wants avi or mpeg files)

try something like nero

or chopper xp its a free vob editor

IFO is a DVD info file. Usually if there is an IFO file then there will also be some VOB files in the same folder. See if there are some VOB files as well as IFO.



Movie Maker is compatible with VOB files
