How do i change my video format so i can put it on youtube?

i uploaded a video from my nokia n72 and i can watch it on the computer through multi media nokia player but its a mp4.. i tried draggin the video to my windows movie maker but the format wont open in there... how can i change my format....?How do i change my video format so i can put it on youtube?use a video converter... i like to use zamzar

1) i believe youtube lets you just submit any type of video and they convert into proper format.
